HER, a survivor-led organization, supports women overcoming various hardships such as aging out of foster care, homelessness, addiction, pregnancy and sexual exploitation (including sex trafficking, survival sex and sex work). The foundation of the work is through the intensive 24-month “Roadmap to Success” Program, Readiness—assessment and planning (1-6 months); Action— supported transitions (6-12 months); and Maintenance—independence, sustainability, and beyond (12-24 months).
BWGC's grant will provide general operating support for the “Roadmap to Success” Program.
