Comprehensive Care for Women Experiencing Homelessness

Health Care for the Homeless works to prevent and end homelessness for vulnerable individuals and families by providing quality, integrated health care and promoting access to affordable housing and sustainable incomes through direct service, advocacy and community engagement.

As part of the overall homeless population, thousands of women without homes suffer from untreated illness, pain and trauma. These women live in situations that cause fear, isolation and life-threatening risks. Health Care for the Homeless meets uninsured and underinsured women where they are with life-changing care.

The Baltimore Women's Giving Circle grant will support quality, comprehensive health care - supporting each woman's journey back to health and sustainability.
