Catholic Charities of Baltimore provides care and services to improve the lives of Marylanders in need. One program, My Sister's Place Lodge (MSPL) is a transitional housing program for homeless women and diagnosed with a disability. The Lodge provides a safe, therapeutic and nurturing environment where our residents can increase their self-esteem and develop the skills necessary to successfully transition into the community once they complete the program. The primary goal is to assist women experiencing homelessness to reduce their barriers to housing and employment by helping them develop life skills that prepare them to successfully live in permanent housing.
Funding from The Baltimore Women's Giving Circle will support direct service staff salaries and benefits.
