Domestic/Sexual Violence

FCC is the coordinated entry point for domestic violence services in Baltimore County. Although FCC serves as the central agency for Baltimore County, typically 40% of FCC's clients are residents of Baltimore City. FCC offers emergency shelter, aftercare, transitional housing, a crisis hotline, early intervention, advocacy and outreach, and mental health counseling, including for those who have been abusive or violent to a partner.

Circle funds will be used to expand FCC's services, including emergency shelter, and to provide increased staff to support victims’ transition to independent housing and employment, childcare, coordination with other social services and resources, and mental health counseling.
