PREPARE’s goal is to ensure that every incarcerated woman in MCIW (and eventually every incarcerated person in Maryland) can go to their parole hearing prepared to demonstrate the ways in which she is ready for parole.
Circle funds will be used to fund a reentry specialist, a critical role in ensuring every woman’s successful reacclimation into society, from planning housing to training to employment to treatment.
